By downloading, accessing, or playing DON'T TOUCH (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

DON'T TOUCH is a casual skill / reflex game with optional accounts, online leaderboards, and a points / level system. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Accounts

• You may play as a guest or create an account with a username, password, and recovery email.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Usernames must not be abusive, infringing, or impersonating others. We may reclaim or remove usernames that violate these terms.
• You can delete your account from the in-app account settings.

3. Leaderboards, points, and fair play

Scores and points are submitted from the client and processed by our servers where applicable. Cheating, automation, reverse engineering to falsify scores or points, or abuse of the service is prohibited. We may remove scores, points, or accounts that violate fair play.

4. Advertising

In mobile apps, optional rewarded video ads (via Google AdMob) may be offered — for example to claim double points after a run. Watching ads is voluntary. There are no paid “remove ads” purchases in the current version.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break or circumvent security or authentication systems.
• Harass others or post unlawful content via usernames or related data.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The app, name, visuals, audio, and related materials are owned by the developer or licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for entertainment.

7. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Online features depend on network and third-party services (including Firebase and AdMob) and may be unavailable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, scores, points, or profits arising from your use of the app.

9. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account where available.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

DON'T TOUCH’u (“uygulama”) indirerek, erişerek veya oynayarak bu Kullanım Şartlarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Hizmet

DON'T TOUCH; isteğe bağlı hesaplar, çevrimiçi liderboard ve puan / seviye sistemi içeren gündelik bir beceri / refleks oyunudur. Özellikler değişebilir veya sonlandırılabilir.

2. Hesaplar

• Misafir oynayabilir veya kullanıcı adı, şifre ve kurtarma e-postası ile hesap açabilirsiniz.
• Şifrenizi gizli tutmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
• Uygunsuz kullanıcı adları kaldırılabilir. Hesabı uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.

3. Liderboard, puan ve adil oyun

Hile, otomasyon veya skor / puan sahteciliği yasaktır. İhlallerde skor, puan veya hesap kaldırılabilir.

4. Reklamlar

Mobilde isteğe bağlı ödüllü video reklamlar (ör. 2× puan) sunulabilir. İzlemek zorunlu değildir. Güncel sürümde ücretli “reklamları kaldır” yoktur.

5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

• Güvenlik sistemlerini kırmayın.
• Taciz veya yasa dışı içerik paylaşmayın.
• Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı kullanmayın.

6. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama ve ilgili materyaller geliştiriciye aittir; kişisel, münhasır olmayan eğlence lisansı verilir.

7. Sorumluluk reddi ve sınır

Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yasal olarak izin verilen ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan veya veri / skor / puan kaybından sorumlu değiliz.

8. Gizlilik

Kullanımınız ayrıca Gizlilik Politikasına tabidir.

9. Fesih ve değişiklikler

Şart ihlalinde erişim sonlandırılabilir. Şartlar güncellenebilir; devam eden kullanım kabul sayılır.
